We aim to despatch orders within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays). All orders will be despatched via options of Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class post, signed for 1st class service or a guaranteed service provided by Royal Mail. We also offer the option of Delivery via Evri Courier Service, by choosing Evri at checkout you agree to your contact details & Email being shared with a third party. Evri will contact you with delivery updates via the email address on the order. If you do not wish Evri to contact you, please state this is the Additional information box at checkout.
All postage charges are calculated at the checkout. Please be aware the claim limits for each service are as follows. If a claim has to be made for damage or loss the maximum we can claim depends on the postage option opted for. We advise opting for a service which covers the full value of your order.
