Please find below a selection of answers to questions we are often asked:
- How do I place an order? All our products are available to buy online from this website, using the various categories on the right or from the shop page. If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us with the details of what you are after and we will draft a design up for you.
- I need to change my order. As soon as you are able to you need to contact us via email at Sales@lasehill.co.uk, Contacts Page or by calling/texting us on 07971 672733. We will try our best to accommodate the changes you require. We do work on providing a fast turnaround on our orders so if it is something which has already gone into production, then we may not be able to change it. Please be aware that any personalisations to toppers (Names etc) will be spelt the way that you have entered on the ordering page and in the same font as the chosen topper. If an error has occurred, please contact us immediately to change it.
- How to create an Account. Here are 2 ways you can register you account; 1, is to order and with in the checkout procedure your account will be created or, 2, is to goto ‘My Account‘ on the menu bar and create an account from there. To complete registration, you will received an automated reply with an unique password to crated your account. This can easily be changed, in account details, once registration of the account has even completed. This information is there to help our customers with an easier shopping experience. - I need to reset my Password. If you can have misplaced you account password to login, don’t worry, you can easily reset the password on the My Account Page or click here to reset. This will send an automatic unique password to your registered account email address. Use this password to gain access to your account, where you are change the password for something more rememberable.
- How long does it take? Everything is usually available for next working day delivery. All standard orders will go out using Royal Mail 1st Class service or you can choose a signed for or Guaranteed Service if the order is time critical. Bulk orders will take longer, usually 2-3 days depending on quantity ordered and time of year.
- Can you get my order out the same day? As long as an order is place and paid for before 12noon, we usually will be able to get it sorted & shipping out the same day (Monday-Friday). If you are in urgent need of something, please state so in the Additional Information box on the product page, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Any delay in sending the order out we will contact you asap.
- Can I send a picture of what I am after? Yes, if you have a design already in mind and you would like it making, please fill in the form on the Bespoke page and attach your image/s files (ideally in the Best quality or highest resolution JPEG, PDF,BMP formats). We will endeavour to get a draft and price to you with 2-3 working days.
- What Materials do you Use? The 3 main materials we use are 3mm thick laser MDF, 3mm thick Acrylic and High quality non drop glitter card & plain card. The acrylics are all food safe certified, but will need to be cleaned before use using a food safe cleaner.
- Does the topper come with a spike to put it into the cake? Yes, all Acrylic Topper will come standard with a 4.5cm long spike up to 15cm wide & 2 spikes for over 16cm wide. Longer spikes are available on request. Please state the length required in the Additional Information section on the product page. The card toppers will be supplied with a 10cm long acrylic rod for a spike & 2 glue dots for attaching. again 1 will be supplied for up to 15cm wide toppers and 2 for over 16cm wide toppers. Longer lengths of rod are available on request. Cupcake Toppers are supplied with a wooden cocktail stick for each topper and a Glue Dot for attaching.
- How do the Cake Charms Attach onto the cake? The Charms are supplied without any spike on the reverse of the item unless stated. You can use edible glue, fondant or icing to attached them to the cake. For Buttercream covered cakes I am able to supply spikes to the back of the charm on request, please get in touch for a price.
